Sacred Liberation and Spiritual {R}Evolution

We are souls or spiritual beings living in human bodies. Being human can be difficult at times, and I believe we can find ways to feel better and become more compassionate with ourselves and others. By fostering hope with gentle guidance and support, I offer confidential and safe spaces for us to listen together intuitively and creatively, facilitating transformational processes that may result in powerful and illuminating experiences, creating paths toward experiencing more choices and change.

The goal is to enjoy more ease and peace in life, to develop more freedom within, and to liberate us all from the constrictions and restrictions that we have learned and developed to cope with the (sometimes) chaos of life. Certainly, conflicts need to be dealt with so that we can experience the bliss of life. Our former methods have helped us to survive and now, we are ready to thrive!

We learn to breathe through crises, explore them, and create ways to let suffering pass through us rather than stay stuck inside us. We learn to notice and become aware of our projections onto others so that we take responsibility for ourselves and learn how to not victimize ourselves or others, understanding how to mediate and transmute conflict and difficulties. We can also become better receivers of Grace and Abundance as we heal wounded patterns and shadowy parts of ourselves, sharing this evolutionary healing and beaming it throughout the world, the goal being to transform our shadows into gifts.
